Assistant Marketing Manager Locals

Assist in developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy for Locals working collaboratively with internal teams to Inspire Those Moments. As a fundamental player of the marketing team, you will be at the forefront of supporting The Locals Concept. Working to create a commercial marketing plan that inspires, educates and activates solutions within The Locals Pubs in partnership with our Management Partners (MP). Taking the latest market insights & trends to develop marketing activations that deliver experiences that Delight Every Guest. We always think big, innovative & commercially, through a Thriving Together Mindset. This is an epic role within a fast-paced and forward-thinking team, working together to deliver industry leading marketing support across The Locals concept. A flair for digital marketing, the role will work closely with our Digital & Creative team to develop & implement digital marketing plans to target, engage guests and drive sales growth across pubs within Locals. We want your ideas, disruption & positive solutions to really shake things up!

Location: Hybrid Working within a commutable distance to The Punch Support Office in Burton Upon Trent

• Working closely with the Head Of Marketing for Locals to create and implement campaigns that attract guests and drive revenue.
• Support in the creation, maintain and implementation of the Marketing Sales Framework for Locals.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns using the Locals sales framework to focus on food & drink offering, ensuring the right proposition & right pub.
• Utilising data from our Insights team to understand guest trends, operational understanding and concept development from our retail offering.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing teams to develop toolkits, activations and initiatives that are delivered through the annual commercial calendar.
• Act as the marketing lead for Key Dates across the Locals marketing calendar, ensuring all menus & POS land correctly and on time, the immersion day is successfully executed with clear output and incentives / targets are clearly communicated and reported on.
• Support the Head Of Marketing to provide targeted pub that super charges ROI and performance metrics against major MP investments, working with our Operations Teams to ensure guest journey touch points are brought to life in recently invested pub sites.
• Be the guardian of The Locals concepts to ensure they align to DNA Concept on a page
• Maintain and be accountable for all timelines / deadlines regarding marketing activity/campaigns.
• Support the creation of marketing plans and budgets.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, print, events).
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback to the Marketing Manager.
• Coordinate marketing-related administrative tasks (e.g., vendor management, budget tracking).
