Central Recruitment Team Leader (Publican & MP)

Role Purpose

To lead, inspire and motivate the central recruitment team and support the Head of Publican & MP Recruitment in providing key strategic recruitment analysis and project support.

This role is based from our Head office in Burton on Trent.

  • Lead, inspire and motivate the day-to-day operations and performance of the central recruitment team.
  • Drive the recruitment process, ensuring that we find the right talent for the right pub.
  • Complete and provide strategic recruitment analytics around enquiries, applications, marketing source, number of lets & fails and Publican calibre.

Person Specifications – Technical Competencies/Professional expertise

  • Understanding of analytical data and how this can be used to identify key trends and possible opportunities
  • Line management experience/development is highly desirable
  • Ability to lead and guide others in providing an epic customer experience
  • Exceptional communication (both verbal and written) and influencing skills with the ability to develop key relationships
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Experience of working in (and motivating a team) in a fast-paced environment
