Role Purpose

The CRM Manager will proactively manage our customer life cycle through the creation and delivery of high impact email marketing communications and campaigns. The CRM Manager will work within the digital & creative team to devise and execute a strategic plan for growing our customer database with a metrics driven mindset to grow sales in our pubs. The CRM Manager will implement strategies to generate opt-ins, enhance retention, grow satisfaction and create loyalty amongst the guests in our pubs. The CRM Manager will monitor and report success rates as we rapidly test and learn which triggers most effectively work within our target demographics to drive action.

 

Accountabilities:

Work within the Digital & Creative team to deliver a programme of compelling email campaigns and initiatives that work hand in glove with our wider marketing activity planner, delivering the right content to the right audience at the right time. Always looking for additional opportunities to grow sales in between planned key calendar events. Adopt best practice techniques to create, build, proof, and QA campaigns. Uphold and maintain GDPR, PECR and DPA best practice when managing our customer data at all times. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to translate requirements into actionable CRM strategies that deliver measurable results. Always learning – Use market insights, analytics and multi-variant testing to shape campaigns and grow success. Analyse and produce reporting to confirm key performance indicators are being met.

 

Technical Competencies / Professional Expertise:

Experience in a similar role essential. Experience with modern CRM platforms is crucial. This includes managing customer data, tracking interactions, and generating reports. Experience generating compelling email marketing content using current best practice and industry standard software. Creative eye for design detail. Independent responsibility for planning and delivery. Skills in collecting, organising, and analysing customer data to identify trends and make informed decisions. Ability to create and interpret reports to measure CRM performance and customer insights. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, working within a close-knit group of fun loving industry professionals who balance creativity and pragmatism, within a culture of high support and high challenge.
