Property Data Analyst

The Property Data Analyst will provide expert analysis of property data from internal and external sources to identify performance, trends, exceptions, root-causes, and scenario planning across all areas of property including capex, repairs & maintenance, acquisitions, disposals, rent events, energy and sustainability.

The Property Data Analyst will report directly into the Property Director.

Location: Burton-On-Trent

We need someone who can:

• Create periodic Property reports for the Punch Executive and Board

• Compile property, investment and estate activity for the Property Director on a periodic basis

• Project manage key development initiatives for the Property leadership team

• Work with all Property HODs to support them and their team with analysis and reporting

• Work with other teams especially Finance, IT and Business Insights to combine data sources across the business to provide insight and information needed to make business decision and evaluate options

• Identify adjustments and development of the Appian workflow programme alongside the IT team to tailor it according to the departments needs

The ideal candidate will be/have:
