Working with our awesome Publican Recruitment team, the role acts as the main point of contact for all potential Publicans and key stake holders in the Leased & Tenancy division, throughout the beginnings of the candidate recruitment journey. Through providing a first-class customer service in your quality communication, key support and advice, we ensure all interested parties receive the best possible experience.
Key Accountabilities

We need someone who can:
- Critically assess the suitability of potential Publicans through screening and telephone interview methods
- Own and have accountability for pub vacancies within the Leased & Tenancy division across the aligned region
- Actively source candidates and match them to the right pub opportunities
- Securely and sensitively collate personal and financial documentation
- Proactively review the database to match applicants to the right opportunities
- Taking ownership of aligned candidate profiles in the CRM system (Punch Lead Management) and ensure they are regularly updated
- Manage candidates and stake holders expectations and being transparent throughout the journey

As part of a team, you will be required to:
- Proactively seek to gain information on the pub opportunity to gain a greater understanding of the business and to appropriately advise candidates
- Work closely with your colleagues to ensure the candidates receives first class experience from the initial enquiry through to application, interview and offer stage
- Communicate & coordinate attraction events and support and attend events when required
- Work together alongside your immediate colleagues to achieve the overall departmental objective

Person Specification – Technical Competencies/Professional expertise:
The ideal candidate will have/be able to:
- Experience within recruitment/talent acquisitions or sales role (hospitality sector desirable)
- Knowledge of different direct-sourcing methods using a CRM system
- Ability to communicate and manage expectations at all levels of the business i.e. Operations Directors and Operations Managers
- Manage stakeholders’ expectations and positively feeding back
- Plan and organise, be capable of planning and managing time with stretching deadlines and manages own workload effectively
- Be willing to always support and encourage other colleagues
- Customer focused on delivering epic hospitality through a first-class customer service
- Be flexibile, receptive and positive towards change and adapts approach as required
- Understanding of Hospitality / Retail industry is also desirable but by no means essential
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and workflow processes
- Great communication (both verbal and written) and relationship building skills
