This individual will be a dynamic and analytical Consumer & Sales Insight Manager. This role will be pivotal in driving sales performance and providing actionable insights to enhance our retail operations across our 1300 pubs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, data analysis, and customer insights, with a passion for the hospitality industry.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
