Malibu Guest Competition – Full Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter:
   The Promoter is Punch Pubs & Co, Jubilee House, Second Avenue, Burton-on-Trent, DE14 2WF.
2. Eligibility:
   • Open to entrants in the UK aged 18 years and over only.
   • Proof of age may be required.
   • Employees of the Promoter, Pernod Ricard UK Ltd, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period:
   • The competition will run from 27th March 2026 to 26th April 2026 inclusive.
   • Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter:
   • Purchase a Malibu & Mixer from the bar at a participating pub during the competition period.
   • A member of the pub team will provide you with a competition entry card featuring a QR code.
   • Scan the QR code to access the online entry form and submit your details.
   • One entry per email address is permitted. Multiple entries using the same email address will be disqualified.
5. Prizes:
   Prizes available to be won include:
   • A trip to Ibiza for the winner and the winner’s companion. It includes:

1. Return flights from major UK airport to Ibiza.
2. Return private airport transfer from Ibiza airport to the hotel accommodation.

• 3 nights’ luxury hotel accommodation (4-star min) in Ibiza, based on sharing a double or twin room, with daily breakfast at the hotel included.

 

1. • A 12-month supply of Malibu (this being 12 bottles) for one winner.
   • Five cases of x12 Piña Colada cans for five winners.
   • X200 Free Malibu & Mixer vouchers.

All prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

All prizes are subject to availability.  If all or any part of the prizes are unavailable, the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, substitute all or any part of the prizes for an alternative prize of equal value.

 

In the event that any of the prizes are forfeited by the winners, a new winner will be chosen at random in accordance with these Terms.

 

6. Winner Selection:

1. • Prize draws for the vouchers and the Piña Colada cans will take place each Friday during the competition period from all valid entries received.
   • The 12-month supply of Malibu and the headline prize of the Trip to Ibiza will be drawn and announced on or around 1st May 2026.
   • Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
2. Further conditions about the Ibiza Prize
   • The trip cannot be taken during July or August.
   • The Winner and their companion must travel at the same time with the same itinerary. The Winner must be one of the travelling parties.
   • The Winner of the Prize and their companion must be aged 18 or over.
   • Economy flights available from major international airport in the UK only. Flights will be selected by the Promoter and not all routings will be available. Travel arrangements (including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking) to and from the Winner or the companion’s home and the UK departure airport do not form part of the Prize and are the responsibility of the Winner and their travelling companion.  The Promoter will cover the taxes and fees associated with the flights, as well as one checked luggage item per person.
   • Accommodation is based on two (2) adults sharing one (1) double occupancy room, in Ibiza. Accommodation will be selected by the Promoter at their sole discretion. The Winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
   • The Promoter may use Element London and/or appoint an independent travel agent to book and manage the Prize on its behalf.  Once an itinerary has been agreed, any amendments or anything not expressly included in the itinerary (including any in-flight extras and additional hotel charges) will be at the expense of the Winner.  If a booking is cancelled or a companion removed, no alternative tickets will be issued.  The Prize will be subject to the additional terms and conditions of the booking agent which will be notified to the Winner at the time of booking.
   • The holiday cannot be taken during July, August, from 21st December – 2nd January (Christmas and New Year), over UK bank holidays or over Easter Sunday. The Winner must contact Element with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure and the Promoter will do its best to accommodate these dates.
   • The Winner and the companion are responsible for obtaining a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to Ibiza, at their own expense. The Winner and their companion must obtain travel insurance and any required vaccinations, health certificates, visas, and other documentation necessary to complete the itinerary at the time of travel.
   • In the event of any travel disruptions, including but not limited to the cancellation or rescheduling of flights, or if a companion is removed, no alternative tickets will be issued.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for arranging alternative transportation or covering any additional costs incurred. It is the sole responsibility of the Winner to make alternative arrangements and bear any associated costs in such circumstances. The Promoter recommends that the Winner obtains adequate travel insurance to cover these sorts of events.
   • The Prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks not explicitly mentioned in these Terms, hotel incidentals, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in these Terms.
   • For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize will be forfeited if the Winner:
     1. is unable to take the Prize within the dates specified by the Promoter;
     2. has not obtained the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;
     3. has any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving, or travelling within the dates specified by the Promoter;
     4. has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting or participating in the holiday;
     5. for any other reason as set out in these Terms; or
     6. if the Promoter, in its sole discretion, determines that awarding the Prize would be unsafe, impractical, or otherwise inappropriate for any reason not specifically mentioned herein.

8. Data Protection:
   • By entering the competition, entrants agree that their personal data may be collected, stored, and processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this promotion.

1. • Entrants also agree that their data may be shared with Pernod Ricard UK Ltd and Element London Ltd solely for the administration and fulfilment of prizes relating to this competition, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
   • Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes without the entrant’s consent.
2. General:
   • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
