Being currently local would be an advantage, whilst being fastidious about serving a perfect pint is mandatory.

The pub needs a motivator, leader and a natural at spotting talent to bolster the team. You will be a great listener and speaker and someone who relishes getting involved.

We are looking for a real ‘Foodie’ who gets excited about delivering the best local dishes to locals and visitors to Brixham. You will derive a profound sense of achievement in planning and organising pub events regularly, as an integral part of the community.

These skills are essential to be successful at seasonal trading whilst giving locals a great reason to visit during the winter months.

Pub:

Traditional and unique pub in a building dating back to the 16^th Century. Two rooms with exposed stone walls and timber beams. Sensitively and creatively dressed in a ‘Sea Shanty’ style. Main trading area inside, dining area to the left room, bar to right hand side. Small and efficient sized kitchen sits behind the bar. Limited storage but good-sized cellar. No external trading area.

Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom
