Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and inspire a sizable team
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, ensuring exceptional team motivation to deliver first class service so gaining guest loyalty
• Oversee stock management and order supplies as required.
• Execute marketing strategies to increase visit frequency of existing guests and attract new ones.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Take ownership of the operation and be the face of the pub

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Publican / Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent recruitment, training and deployment of team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for creating a positive pub experience and inspiring those moments
