The pub and location

The Bridge Inn has a light and airy, modern, open-plan bar and dining area with a sizeable conservatory. You’ll find it in Sandycroft, a village in Deeside south of the river Dee, accessible from the A494 via the Queensferry Interchange.

You’ll be operating within a predominantly industrial setting with some houses within a one-mile radius. So, you’ll need to use social media to bring your pub to life online and appeal to a new audience.

You’ll maximise the appeal of the planned refurbishment, which will involve a complete external redecoration, enhancing the frontage seating area to create strong kerb appeal. You’ll also take advantage of the revamped beer garden with a covered seating area with enhanced pergolas providing light and heating.

The ideal operator

The Bridge Inn needs a food-led operator to develop the site into a destination venue. Your attention to detail and ability to market your delicious homemade food on Facebook and Instagram will ensure your business attracts new guests. You’ll excel at creating a tasty menu with homemade specialities served in friendly and attractive surroundings. Excellent service will be front and centre of everything you do.

Accommodation

This pub opportunity comes with domestic accommodation that consists of two bedrooms, a small private kitchen and lounge.
