The Bridge Tavern is a great community pub in the market town of Willenhall, which is between Wolverhampton and Walsall.
It’s a pub known for great drinks, live tv sports and great weekend entertainment. We will be investing in the pub to enhance it to its best and to make it the go-to place for pub games, entertainment and function for any community or local activities.

The pub is a two-room operation, with the main bar area to the front and a small lounge towards the back. It has a great decked area to the side of the pub to enjoy a drink after work or on warmer days and evenings. The pub provides 12-space car park and free WiFi.

The pub has great positioning in the market town of Willenhall, on a corner highly visible on the A462 and Bentley Lane and nestled between local businesses and residential area, which offers regular passing trade.
The town has an interesting history and is famous for its manufacture of locks and keys.

About the Agreement

Our Tenancy agreements vary between 3 – 5 years offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with carefully tailored food and drinks menus in place which you can evolve as you go along.

You will receive a high level of support and everything you need to run a successful business. From the beginning, you will have a dedicated Operations Manager, plus access to training and development, business planning, operations and accounting expertise.

Once you’ve completed the 5-day induction course we’ll provide you with ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub. This includes helping you decide on the right drinks offer, guidance on margin and support creating a marketing plan to build for continued success. To help market your pub, we also offer lots of support and advice.

Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.

* The calculation of the initial Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit (£3,000 or £6,000) plus legal fees. The subsequent deposit build up (if any) will need to be paid over 52 weeks. This can be discussed with the recruitment team or an Operations Manager.
