The Bristol Inn is a large site situated in the heart of the affluent town of Clevedon. It’s a short distance from both Bristol and Weston Super Mare and easily accessible via the M5 motorway. You’ll benefit from a significant 24,000 population within three miles of the pub.
The site has a car park accommodating up to 40 vehicles. The pub itself is a large open plan room, zoned into four trading areas. Guests stand up to drink around the bar area. You will find the dining area to the left and right of the entrance and a sports and entertainment area towards the rear of the property. You will also discover a large, well-equipped catering kitchen situated directly behind the bar. It’s easy to access all areas from the kitchen. Three-bedroom private accommodation is also available above the pub.
But that’s not all. The successful Management Partner will optimise the garden areas on two sides of the pub, with covered seating areas and a small child play area, which are very popular during the spring and summer months.
Sports enthusiasts enjoy Sky and BT sport and the area dedicated to both pool and darts. Entertainment and charity fundraising events are regular activities with discos, live entertainment, and quiz nights planned most weeks. Guests also enjoy family, fun days throughout the summer months.
