The Bull is a beautiful listed traditional village pub with letting rooms in Walsingham, North Norfolk. The pub is located in a village filled with history (the pub sits opposite the village shrine) and there is also a nearby abbey and friary.   Locally there is lots of beautiful architecture which attracts visitors to this pretty village.

It’s a well-loved pub full of character with great facilities including a lovely outdoor courtyard garden.  It is known for serving excellent quality pub food and cask ales and offers the perfect base to explore the Norfolk coastline and countryside. The Bull is a beautifully beamed Casque Marque pub with wooden flooring, which offers great facilities with open plan trading with two snug areas offering up to 45 covers throughout. It has a  fabulous feature inglenook fireplace with a wood burner and a unique priest hole. The pub also benefits from five letting rooms of a good standard.  WiFi is available throughout.

About the local area

Walsingham is well known for the Catholic pilgrimage shrine in the village and this brings regular visitors who like to stop by at the pub for a bite to eat and drink. Its an affluent area and the pub sits amongst several local businesses including the Shrine Shop, Walsingham Farm Shop, Nortons and Walsingham village stores as well as cottages and housing throughout the village.

Its in a fantastic location just five miles from the popular coastal town of Wells -Next -The Sea and a perfect base for any visitors to stay for a long weekend or week exploring the local area.
