About the local area
Warrington is a bustling market town in Cheshire, nestled between Liverpool and Manchester. It’s the largest in the county and is steeped in Roman history. The pub is ideally located on the outskirts of Warrington, on one of the main roads into the town center which is also only a short walk away. It is also situated on a bus route so the pub benefits from a lot of passing trade.
This is the perfect opportunity for a Publican who thrives when operating at the heart of the community and appreciates the importance of building local relationships. You will also need cask ale experience in order to maintain the pubs reputation for its quality drinks.
