Could you run this pub in Farmborough ?
If you are ready to run your own pub maybe this could be the one for you? The Butchers Arms is a country pub at the heart of the village of Farnborough. With a great roadside presence, it is a welcoming spot for a drink, popular with those in the local community.
The pub offers a warm welcome with open fires and space to offer home cooked pub meals and a beer garden for those warmer days ahead.
This pub offers a traditional interior and the trading space surrounds a central bar. A section of the room is dedicated for dining (up to 38 covers) but could also be used for events such as regular quiz nights. A raised area to the rear of the trading space offers a more secluded space perhaps for family dining away from the main bar. The main bar area has a very traditional finish and is a great space to enjoy a selection of gins, wines or ales. The pub also offers parking for up to 12 cars and WIFI.
The pub accommodation offers two private bedrooms, a kitchen and lounge.
