Ideal operator

We are on the lookout for an experienced Publican, with a passion for community pubs. You will have the skill to build wet sales whilst developing a brand new food offer. As well as this you will be a real sports lover, helping you to build relationships with local teams, and host regular entertainment. You will have great standards, as well as good marketing skills to keep your customers up to date with everything going on at the pub.

About the local area

Evesham is a bustling riverside market town, located in the centre of the horticultural Vale of Evesham, famously known as the fruit and vegetable basket of England. The town has a close-knit community, locally owned shops and great places to eat and drink. The Cider Mill is ideally located in the Hampton suburb of Evesham, on the main road between Evesham and Pershore, allowing it to easily welcome locals and those from the wider area through its doors.

About the Agreement

Our Tenancy agreements vary between 3 – 5 years offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with carefully tailored food and drinks menus in place which you can evolve as you go along.
You will receive a high level of support and everything you need to run a successful business. From the beginning, you will have dedicated Operations Manager, plus access to training and development, business planning, operations and accounting expertise.

Once you’ve completed the 5-day induction course we’ll provide you with ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub. This includes helping you decide on the right drinks offer, guidance on margin and support creating a marketing plan to build for continued success. To help market your pub, we also offer lots of support and advice.

Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.

* The calculation of the initial Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit (£3,000 or £6,000) plus legal fees. The subsequent deposit build up (if any) will need to be paid over 52 weeks. This can be discussed with the recruitment team or Operations Manager
