The Dog House is a rare opportunity for a management company to work with the support of an operations manager to drive this high-volume site in a stunning location. Now is the perfect time to take the helm, as we have a £300k refurbishment planned for this summer.

The Dog House truly comes to life in the evenings due to its location and enclosed courtyard garden – a selling point in the city.

We’re looking for a talented operator experienced in high-volume wet sales with exceptional customer service. You’ll excel running a busy kitchen and implement a sumptuous menu with effortless speed of service (70 internal covers & 50 external covers). You’ll train a passionate team focused on making sure the Dog House is one step ahead of its competitors.

The pub and location

Alongside tonnes of day to day support and a brilliant framework to grow the business, we provide an uncapped cut of top line turnover to pay yourself and your team in exchange for your Management Company providing the management services at the pub – it’s your structure to own, subject to management company costs including, but not limited to, staff costs, minor repairs and maintenance at the pub, security/door staff and insurance. We understand how important it is for a Management Company to completely own their own team.
