You’ll know your regulars, what they drink, where they like to sit and take a genuine interest in their story. We’re looking for a community operator with a proven track record of hosting popular sporting events and serving hearty food.
The pub and location
The Falkland Arms holds a prominent location at the roadside in the town of Dorking. The savvy operator will take advantage of the fact it’s just up from the main high street and shopping centre.
Guests bask in the sunlight on the drinking terrace with a covered pagoda and spacious garden during the summer months and the flames of the open fireplace in the winter. Plus, it’s a popular venue for watching SKY sports. It’s a wet-led pub, but the astute operator will take advantage of the perfect opportunity for a food offer, including Sunday lunch.
