Could you run this pub in Bridgend?
The Farmers Arms is a beautiful farmhouse style pub located at the heart of Bridgend, South Wales. It is a well loved food destination pub that’s famous for its delicious Sunday lunch and Cask Marque accredited ales. The Farmers Arms has a welcoming and charming interior with traditional beamed ceilings and open fires. Outside guests can enjoy the stunning views across the countryside and enjoy a truly authentic country pub experience whilst overlooking the pretty village pond.
The pub has a great open plan trading space with two entrances, from the car park you would enter via the restaurant area, which boasts 65 covers, a raised area and a beautiful feature fireplace that creates a lovely atmosphere on those long winter days and chilly evenings. The main entrance leads to the main bar area with another open fire and ample seating for drinking or casual dining. There is a large kitchen to the rear of the pub with the capacity to deliver a great food offer. The pub also benefits from a beer garden for guests to enjoy a cold drink and alfresco dining, as well as picnic seating at the front of the pub. The pub also offers a large car park with space for up to 35 cars.
We have exciting plans to make some external improvements focusing on enhancing the beer garden.
This fantastic pub opportunity comes with domestic accommodation that consists of three bedrooms, a private kitchen and lounge.
