- You’ll be a proactive planner who organises events well in advance to drive footfall to the pub.
- You’ll need to demonstrate high operating standards, solid financial skills and the drive and enthusiasm to build the business.
- We’re looking for someone who loves sports and knows how to use social media to raise the pub profile and advertise their live events.
Your pub business
- The Four Chesnuts pub is an open-plan trading operation.
- Guests love the pub for the team games, live sports, and live music and entertainment.
- Part of the main bar area is a designated sports zone with seating to watch live TV showings.
- The fixtures and fittings are of a high standard, and the pub provides five car parking spaces.
- You’ll find the four chesnuts on the outskirts of the main shopping area in Chichester.
- It’s in a residential area with plenty of potential customers on the doorstep.
- With a 20-minute drive, you can be in the open countryside of the South Downs or nearby beaches.
- Chichester enjoys good road and rail connections, and the town centre shopping and entertainment amenities are just a 10-minute walk away.
