We are looking for an experienced operator who understands local diversity and inclusivity. You’ll know the area and be at the very heart of this community with your safe and consistent approach. With you at the helm, everyone will have a fantastic time! Being firm and fair, your mature attitude within the community will earn you the respect of the guests.
We’re looking for an operator with exceptional standards. You’ll also be experienced working with the local licensing and police. You must be able to deliver a fantastic, quality pint and achieve a five-star cask marque. You’ll manage banging big nights and your guests will love their live music. You’ll develop the local following of SKA and Motown bands. We’re also looking for a fundraiser, an operator who can demonstrate how you have helped local charities. The Gallery’s locals are warm and generous and care passionately about their estate. You’ll be eager to help those in need from your community.
The pub and location
The Gallery sits on the main road into the Southfields Estate in the Eastern District of Northampton. It’s popular with locals and has been exceptionally managed to date and developed a broad appeal. It now serves the majority of the estate and some surrounding areas.
The pub is open plan but zoned with a large bar at the centre. Guests relax in the booth seating with an area for playing pool and darts. They let their hair down on the popular dance floor for the weekend disco and the live music acts. If you love sport, this is the pub for you! You’ll find multiple Sky boxes, BT Sports and guests enjoy numerous TVs and big screens distributed around the pub. You’ll find a spacious and well maintained flat above. You’ll love its access to a large, private roof terrace.
You’ll find a small, fenced area to the front for guests to watch the world go by and a secure garden area with a patio and kids’ play equipment at the back.
You’ll embrace the community with sports, events, and big nights out. Guests will also come for quiet pints, christenings, and wakes. You’ll certainly get out what you put in.
