The pub offers plenty of opportunity to develop a great business and has undergone a fantastic refurbishment with new external décor and full interior as well as introducing a new kitchen so the pub can introduce a fabulous food offer.

This is currently well-located pub is a popular stop on the local circuit. It trades across two spaces: the main bar and a dedicated pool area. Trade here was mainly via drinks  however we are planning to introduce a kitchen. The pub provides free WiFi and live TV sports viewing. Outside, there’s a small beer garden and a smoking solution. A good-sized car park offers space for up to 15 vehicles.


The domestic accommodation consists of four bedrooms, a kitchen and a lounge. Punch will ensure that this accommodation is in good order.

The Greenland Fishery Hotel is located in the centre of the small town of Neston, close to all local shops and amenities, but also with plenty of residential properties within easy walking distance. Situated on the part of the Wirral Peninsula that lies within the county of Chester, Neston has a population of just over 4,000. Chester city centre is an easy drive just  30 minutes’ away by car.

About the Agreement

Our Tenancy agreements vary between 3 – 5 years offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with carefully tailored food and drinks menus in place which you can evolve as you go along.

You will receive a high level of support and everything you need to run a successful business. From the beginning, you will have a dedicated Operations Manager, plus access to training and development, business planning, operations and accounting expertise.

Once you’ve completed the 5-day induction course we’ll provide you with ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub. This includes helping you decide on the right drinks offer, guidance on margin and support creating a marketing plan to build for continued success. To help market your pub, we also offer lots of support and advice.

Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.

* The calculation of the initial Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit (£3,000 or £6,000) plus legal fees. The subsequent deposit build up (if any) will need to be paid over 52 weeks. This can be discussed with the recruitment team or an Operations Manager.
