The pub offers some excellent facilities with an interior is divided into a snug, a cosy and welcoming lounge area, a central public bar and a lovely conservatory for more formal dining (60 covers overall).

About the local area
Crowton is a small Cheshire village set in rolling countryside. This is an agricultural area of great beauty, surrounded by village residents. The pub itself is set next to a Crowton Christ Church CE Aided Primary School and a stream runs through its grounds, adding charm and destination appeal. There is much to do in the wider area, with Delamere Forest and the famous Anderton Boat Lift a short drive away. Northwich is 15 minutes away, and you can be in Chester or Liverpool in under an hour.

About the Agreement
Our Tenancy agreements vary between 3 – 5 years offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with carefully tailored food and drinks menus in place which you can evolve as you go along. You will receive a high level of support and everything you need to run a successful business. From the beginning, you will have a dedicated Operations Manager, plus access to training and development, business planning, operations and accounting expertise.

Once you’ve completed the 5-day induction course we’ll provide you with ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub. This includes helping you decide on the right drinks offer, guidance on margin and support creating a marketing plan to build for continued success. To help market your pub, we also offer lots of support and advice.
Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.

* The calculation of the initial Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit (£3,000 or £6,000) plus legal fees. The subsequent deposit build up (if any) will need to be paid over 52 weeks. This can be discussed with the recruitment team or an Operations Manager.
