Location, location, location… The pub is situated directly on the south Cornish coast in the village of Downderry in Cornwall. The area is readily accessible via the A38 and within a short drive off this, you arrive at the ocean and this stunning property.
By heading west on foot from the pub along the coastal path you reach Looe and shortly beyond this is the Polperro Heritage Coast. All of this means that this stretch of coastline is an extremely popular tourist destination in addition to being well-loved by residents from the surrounding areas. Dog walking, surfing, beach goers and intrepid explorers are all to be seen here which complements the trade no matter what time of year.
