The King William pub is a welcoming community and wet-led venue complemented with Sky Sports, a pool table and pub sports teams. On the outskirts of the small Somerset town of Shepton Mallet – this is a traditional and popular local pub.

We’re looking for an operator with the vision and big personality needed to ingratiate themselves and their pub in the very heart of a local community.

The King William pub needs an experienced pub operator and avid sports enthusiast who can maximise the fantastic opportunity to put this pub back on the map.

The pub and location

This pub has a straightforward set-up. Here you’ll find one large room in operation with a pool and good sports viewing areas. Guests enjoy the small, enclosed beer garden at the rear of the pub and an impressive Skittle Alley that can double up as a small function room for hire or a separate area for events.

The decor and feel of the pub are traditional. Outside you will discover a white building opening directly onto the pavement. It sits in the country town of Shepton Mallet surrounded by the beautiful Somerset countryside – close by to Cheddar Gorge and commutable to Bristol and the M5.
