Ideal Management Partner
- You’ll be a natural networker and leader who offers a great customer experience and enjoys building relationships with the local Community, local families and visitors.
- You’ll be confident in managing an evolving branded food offer, providing high-quality dishes and service that command 5-star reviews.
- As the pub is 60% food and 40% wet-led, you’ll have a proven track record of serving delectable food and drink, as well as having the flexibility to deliver functions, weddings and parties etc in the Function Room.
- We’re looking for a Management Partner who is adaptable and flexible. You’ll know how to integrate mid-week grey socials and upmarket diners, knowing how each guest segment operates and what they desire from your pub.
- You’ll be a proactive planner, continuously reviewing your success and making tweaks to get the best sales. You’ll take the opportunity to tap into various annual events and use them to entice relevant guest segments.
- You’ll also be creative, willing to take risks and try new things to drive more footfall to your destination pub.

- The Lamb is in excellent condition, offering lots of space with a public and lounge bar where drinkers and casual diners can relax.
- There’s also an open and inviting dining area and a bright conservatory overlooking the generous beer garden with 100+ covers outside.
