The Masons Arms is a well-presented mainstream pub that presents an opportunity to grow both food and wet sales. We’re looking for an operator, or a couple, who thrives on being part of the community. You’ll also need good food delivery knowledge and to be able to work in the kitchen. Organising events, forging links with local clubs and charities, and building a team around you to deliver exceptional service and standards to every customer, every day.

This is an open plan trading operation that’s split into three distinct areas. Alongside a very cosy lounge area, the pub offers a 60-cover restaurant, which can be split into two sections, with the second section being closed off to form a small private dining area. Around the main bar servery, there’s a very comfortable seating area, which is popular with local drinkers.

The domestic accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen and a lounge. Punch will ensure that this accommodation is in good order.

The Masons Arms is situated on the B3090 road on the southern outskirts of the market town of Frome, in Somerset. The pub sits next to a large area of residential housing and is also close to a retail park. Frome is a good-sized market town with a population of about 27,000. There are also numerous other small towns and villages in the immediate vicinity, and easy road connections make them good targets from which to attract new custom.
