The Pub

The New Chimneys was originally built in the 80’s and has seen the area continue to grow and grow. With a great community on its doorstep, the pub is perfectly set out to welcome both diners and drinkers.  The pub benefits from a large carpark and extensive outdoor space, that with the injection of some inspiration has the potential to be a great trading area.

The domestic accommodation consists of two apartments, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the community.

Love working closely with an Operations Manager in providing the right management services to build an incredible pub legacy with uncompromising standards and stand out guest experience? Then the Punch Management Partnership Contract is the perfect option.

Alongside tonnes of day to day support and a brilliant framework to grow the business, we provide an uncapped cut of top line turnover to pay yourself and your team in exchange for your Management Company providing the management services at the pub – it’s your structure to own. We understand how important it is for a Management Company to completely own their own team.

In Management Partnerships, we love pub obsessed Management Companies with an entrepreneurial spirit that can help us lead the industry. We love to engage Management Companies that help us create pub legacies that stand the test of time and become the hub of their community. We get that every pub has its own distinct character, so our Operations Manager will work closely with the Management Company to understand the true identity of the business, we can then help support and amplify this as part of the Management Partnership model.
