The Old Station House has yet to achieve its true potential, despite offering many possibilities to secure its status as a market leader. Your challenge will be to use your imagination and business acumen to refocus the pub and drive it forward.
How? We need someone with a voracious appetite for understanding their audience and driving sales. You will tailor the business for customers who have high disposable income and varied, discerning tastes. If you can get it right, you could be sitting on a gold mine! You provide creativity and vision; we’ll support you with the rest.
The Pub and Location
The Old Station House is an impressive and prominent corner pub situated in the heart of the affluent residential area of Chiswick, located next to the River Thames between Hammersmith and Richmond. Residents are wealthy, fashionable, and stylish. You will both understand and capitalise upon this with your offer and use of social media channels.
Living and working in Chiswick is idyllic, as it is close to London. You will also have access to local attractions, including the River Thames, Kew Gardens and Richmond Park.
The pub also sits next to a small parade of local shops and adjacent to Chiswick Mainline Station. You will take advantage of passing guests. It’s only 27 minutes to London Waterloo.
The Old Station boasts an external courtyard area and vast internal space. As you walk through the main door, you face the impressive front and back bars. Grand windows flood the pub with light. Plus, mirrors add to the light, bright and relaxing feel.
The internal layout is open and flexible with a mix of leather chesterfield sofas, comfy chairs and seating for dining and drinking. The trade kitchen is on the first floor, with a dumb waiter connected to the kitchen.

Alongside tonnes of day to day support and a brilliant framework to grow the business, we provide an uncapped cut of top line turnover to pay yourself and your team in exchange for your Management Company providing the management services at the pub – it’s your structure to own, subject to management company costs including, but not limited to, staff costs, minor repairs and maintenance at the pub, security/door staff and insurance. We understand how important it is for a Management Company to completely own their own team.
