You are keen to ensure the very local community see it as their local and you want to engage the pub with in. You have experience in village pubs, though it is not essential you have immediate local knowledge, you have the personality to adapt to new environments and want to be part of a village setting.  

You have ability to flex to meet all occasions your guests want and have an eye for detail to ensure your key session operation is smooth every time. You will also have a critical thinking analysis as you always look to improve and never let your operation become static. This thinking ensure you are fully focussed on delivering 5-star ratings.  

You have good experience at promoting a business on social media and targeting wider geographical crowds and in tune with what online guests look for when making bookings and build trip advisor / google/ FB scores on the door.

The Pub  

The pub is set in the village of Kingsfold, just outside Horsham with a population of 2,000. This is just outside the large area of Horsham and on the popular A24 route from M25 down to the south coast. Its setting is ideal for walkers, cyclists, and day trippers towards the coast. This a destination pub, guests will drive here from the surrounding villages and bigger towns of Horsham and Crawley if the service is right. Its population is aging have a higher than average disposal income and spend per head.   

The pub is large, with covers available for over 100 per setting. The car park and grounds are large and provide opportunity. The pub is split into 3 zones, which makes it easy to flax for different dining occasion and cater for all guests needs.  

 The pub has private accommodation consisting of a large kitchen diner with 2 bedrooms and a living room.
