Excellent hosting skills are crucial in the heart of this Hoole neighbourhood. This is a busy pub with a great sports offer and supporting local sporting teams, as well as an extensive external patio area to manage. Food trade potential is huge here, so experience of running a busy kitchen and keeping an exceptional pint of beer, with standards that are second to none. All these skills will make The Piper a success.

The Pub

The Piper stands proud on the edge of the Village of Hoole and adjacent to the busy A41 dual carriageway, this is a large and impressive Pub that stands out at the roadside.

There are no other pubs within a 1 mile radius of the Piper, this gives our pub a huge advantage. Situated only 3 miles from the centre of Chester, on all the main bus routes, and close to Chester Zoo.

The facilities are second to none, with a large open plan dining & bar area. Great car park and outside guest area. We are the regular favourite for local diners and we are famous for our Sunday Lunch, entertainment nights and key sporting events.
