The Railway, Hyde is a friendly and lively Cask Marque community pub which is drinks lead and has an emphasis on live TV Sport and entertainment evenings with activities such as bingo, quiz nights and music. The pub sits on a high street out of the town centre with regular through traffic and surrounded by local residents, a few small local businesses and nearby a regular bus stop.
The pub offers some great facilities with two main trading rooms offering room, an outdoor space for drinks in warmer weather and a good sized carpark.

The pub offers two main trading areas including a lounge area for casual drinking and sports room with pool and darts. The two areas allow mixed use of the trading space allowing functions and events alongside normal trade.

About the Agreement

Our Tenancy agreements vary between 3 – 5 years offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with carefully tailored food and drinks menus in place which you can evolve as you go along.

You will receive a high level of support and everything you need to run a successful business. From the beginning, you will have a dedicated Operations Manager, plus access to training and development, business planning, operations and accounting expertise.

Once you’ve completed the 5-day induction course we’ll provide you with ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub. This includes helping you decide on the right drinks offer, guidance on margin and support creating a marketing plan to build for continued success. To help market your pub, we also offer lots of support and advice.

Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.

* The calculation of the initial Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit (£3,000 or £6,000) plus legal fees. The subsequent deposit build up (if any) will need to be paid over 52 weeks. This can be discussed with the recruitment team or an Operations Manager.
