Could you run this pub in St. Helens?
The Red Cat, in Crank is a warm, traditional village pub that sits in a fantastic countryside location on Crank Hill, St Helens. This destination pub would be great for a fresh food operator to establish a pub business within the local area. The pub benefits from some excellent facilities including four separate trading spaces that appeal to a broad audience. Therefore the site is able to cater for everyone – from a quick pint of real cask ale to a relaxing Sunday lunch with family.
Divided into four trade areas, the pub benefits from a centralised double-sided bar that serves the entire pub. There is a relaxed lounge area with an open fire and a more private dining area to the rear that can be closed off for private functions (The pub caters for 60 covers overall).
There is a seating area outside the pub that is enclosed by windscreens and roped off from the car park that offers parking for up to 16 cars.
The outside area overlooks the fields of Crank Hill and benefits from an outside bar. The pub also offers live TV sport and WIFI.
This pub offers three bedrooms, a private kitchen and lounge.
