Situated on the outskirts of Rossendale and close to Rawtenstall, Haslingden and Bacup, the pub is located south of Burnley and east of Blackburn. It sits away from the town centre in the Rossendale valley, known as the Adrenaline valley, in the South Lancashire Pennines. You’ll be living and working in a picturesque part of the world.

Ideal operator/s

We’re seeking an experienced, community wet-led operator who knows the area. You’ll love managing cask ales and running local events such as darts and dominoes. We would explore the potential for joint investment in the pub business with the right operator. You’ll be the operator who knows your regular’s names, what they love to drink and where they like to sit. Yours will be the pub where everyone is welcome.

This fantastic pub opportunity comes with domestic accommodation that consists of two bedrooms, a private kitchen, and a lounge.
