The pub and location

The Rifleman Hotel is a town local with a typically 1930s architectural style. The 1930s light oak has survived, paying heed to the venue’s history.

The pub is also zoned effectively to create a sports area with a pool table and darts board with some booth seating to the rear for drinkers, with a fully enclosed courtyard currently used for outside drinking. There’s also a car park for eight vehicles.

The ideal operator

We’re looking for a big personality who will excel as a figurehead of the local community. You’ll be the Publican whom regulars come to for banter, support, to talk sport and enjoy team events and live sports matches.

You’ll know Winsford and be the creative business mind needed to make the Rifleman Hotel the go-to pub in the area. You’ll ensure excellent customer service and the best drinks on offer in Winsford.

Here you will find three bedrooms, a private kitchen, and a private lounge.

About the Agreement
