The Rising Sun is your everyday local. It’s a British community pub offering popular local ales, beers, wines, spirits, and delicious bar snacks. You’ll play host for guests’ private events and luxuriate in the fact that you will be the only pub in the area with a patio for sunny intervals and those all-important outside seating to take in the fresh air.

You’ll discover six tables at the front. Once inside, you’ll find the main trading room with thirty covers and an additional trading area that can be closed off for functions/bookings with about twenty covers. Guests enjoy the small private courtyard area during the summer months.

About the local area

Pimlico sits in Central London in the City of Westminster. It’s an affluent part of London and a tourist hub boasting numerous areas of interest. The Rising Sun is eight minutes south of Victoria train station. It’s an area undergoing development with two large and prestigious housing projects within a two-minute walk.

Ideal operator/s

We’re looking for an experienced operator with a background in premium food and drinks. You’ll serve delicious food and drink to the affluent clientele of Pimlico.


Here you’ll discover three bedrooms, a private kitchen, and a lounge.

About the Agreement

Our Tenancy agreements vary between 3 – 5 years offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with carefully tailored food and drinks menus in place which you can evolve as you go along.
You will receive a high level of support and everything you need to run a successful business. From the beginning, you will have dedicated Operations Manager, plus access to training and development, business planning, operations and accounting expertise.

Once you’ve completed the 5-day induction course we’ll provide you with ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub. This includes helping you decide on the right drinks offer, guidance on margin and support creating a marketing plan to build for continued success. To help market your pub, we also offer lots of support and advice.

Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.

* The calculation of the initial Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit (£3,000 or £6,000) plus legal fees. The subsequent deposit build up (if any) will need to be paid over 52 weeks. This can be discussed with the recruitment team or Operations Manager
