Could you run this pub?
The Royal Oak is a traditional community pub which sits on a busy through road from Towyn into the seaside town of Rhyl, Wales. It is surrounded by a mixture of small business including, shops, takeaways and a pharmacy and residents in terraced housing in easy walking distance. The pub is known for serving great drinks and live sport and has regular attendance from sports teams for darts and pool. There is also opportunity to develop a simple food offer to compliment the drinks and drive extra business.
This pub offers one long bar which allows service to three separate areas including a games area, small central seating area & main seating/lounge area (16 covers). The pub also offers a catering kitchen, Live TV Sports and Wi-Fi.
We are looking to do a full internal refurbishment with decorating, flooring and new fixtures & fittings.
The pub offers three bedrooms, a kitchen and lounge.
About the local area
The pub sits on the outskirts of Rhyl just off the sea front. The town centre is just half a mile away with all the attractions of the seaside town based there. The area is a popular getaway destination with hundreds of tourist caravans are based in Towyn which is a couple of miles out of Rhyl.

This is a great coastal pub and would suit a publican looking to run a traditional pub with passion for sport and with ideas to develop the business with simple food and a great drinks offer.
