Even though this may only be a tenancy at will, you will need some form of capital behind you for cash flow and early expenses. The Rusty Dudley is located in a prominent position on the main street in the Centre of the town of Goldthorpe. Sitting between Rotherham and Doncaster and has an immediate population of 7,000, though this doubles when accommodating the adjoining area of Bolton on Dearne, and many residents visit Goldthorpe regularly. The area is full of mining heritage, and in more recent times is attracting industrial development and has a new supermarket and distribution Centre at the edge of town.
