The Seven Stars is an attractive pub in the village of Stalmine, known for its real cask ales and delicious fresh cooked pub menu. It’s both the hub of the community and a central point for guests to stay. The site offers four letting rooms and is close to various caravan parks. With a place to stay and plenty of parking, the pub is in an ideal spot to explore the local coastline. Business facilities
This pub has an open plan trading space, with a bar in the middle, between a traditional seating area and a slightly raised sports area with a pool table and darts board. There is a catering kitchen that serves 40 covers overall. However, upstairs the pub has a function room, that can be used for additional dining. And for those who are using the four letting rooms, there is separate access for the guests directly from the carpark.
The front of the pub is really welcoming with picnic benches for passersby, the pub also offers a fabulous beer garden for warmer days, which could be enhanced with a child friendly play space. There is parking for up to 25 cars, Live TV Sport and WiFi.

About the local area
Stalmine is a small village nearby the coast on the Wyre Estuary, within easy commuting distance of Lancaster. A popular getaway spot, there are various caravan parks in the area, with visitors attracted by Knott’s End and the coast in general. Its known for the popular Wyre Way is a 41 mile route following the River Wyre from its source in the Forest of Bowland to the sea at Knott End and Fleetwood.

About the Agreement
Our Tenancy agreements vary between 3 – 5 years offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with carefully tailored food and drinks menus in place which you can evolve as you go along. You will receive a high level of support and everything you need to run a successful business. From the beginning, you will have a dedicated Operations Manager, plus access to training and development, business planning, operations and accounting expertise.

Once you’ve completed the 5-day induction course we’ll provide you with ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub. This includes helping you decide on the right drinks offer, guidance on margin and support creating a marketing plan to build for continued success. To help market your pub, we also offer lots of support and advice.
Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.

* The calculation of the initial Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit (£3,000 or £6,000) plus legal fees. The subsequent deposit build up (if any) will need to be paid over 52 weeks. This can be discussed with the recruitment team or an Operations Manager.
