Could you run this pub in Widnes?

The Simms Cross pub is a popular, late night live music venue located in the Cheshire town of Middlewich. It has an amazing location, situated on Warmingham Lane, right at the heart of the community. Fondly known as ‘Simmies’ this traditional, community led pub also offers pub games such as pool and darts. With comfortable seating and plenty of space for customers to have a drink whilst cheering on their favourite teams on the TV. The Simms Cross has the potential for plenty of footfall with a strong marketing campaign.

This pub boasts a central island bar which serves a comfortable trading area to the front with fixed seating and a rear bar area which is predominantly used for sports viewing and entertainment. The rear bar leads into the outdoor patio area which is a lovely spot to enjoy sunny days, made all the nicer by this trading space being south facing.
