The Slow and Easy, Lostock Gralam is a fantastic multi-faceted community pub business opportunity to be renamed following our exciting and transformative refurbishment.
If ever a pub had it all; this is it. With an enviable main roadside location, this pub has high visibility. The spacious layout allows for so many possibilities, alongside offering warm hospitality, fantastic drinks and quality food (currently 100 covers) and letting accommodation. We are seeking an Operator who thrives when at the heart of the local community, who loves offering entertainment and can manage our ‘Our Local’ menu and welcome overnight guests.

Business facilities & refurbishment
This Cask Marque pub has three distinct trading spaces that will, once refurbished, provide dining space in one area, provide an entertainment and games zone and have a lounge area too. These will all surround a large servery with a kitchen conveniently located centrally.
We will be enhancing all areas to give a homely and welcoming look and feel with an extensive refurbishment to include the letting rooms, externals, bar, restaurant and kitchen areas. The pub also offers generous parking (up to 30 cars), live TV Sport and WIFI.

Accommodation
The private accommodation will include two bedrooms, a private kitchen and lounge.

About the local area
Lostock Gralam is a village in Cheshire and the pub sits on the main street (Manchester Road) and is surrounded by a number of local businesses and residents and not far from the village railway station which offers access to Chester and Altrincham and the Mersey Canal.
The Manchester Road, is on the route of a roman road, locally known as Watling Street, from Manchester to Chester via Northwich. It’s also nearby the A556 Northwich bypass which divides the village between the area known as Lostock Gralam north of the bypass and Lostock Green to the south.

This pub may suit
We are looking for an operator to work with us in our Management Partnership. Ideally, it will suit someone who is confident in managing the different aspects of the business. You’ll be experienced in the trade, and driving a strong food offer.

* The calculation of the initial ingoing costs assumes a minimum deposit (£3,000 or £5,000) plus legal fees. The subsequent deposit build up can be paid over the term of the contract and up to £100 per week. This can be discussed with an Operations Manager.
