The Spread Eagle in Bolton is a fantastic opportunity to take the reins at one of our beautiful community locals in Bromley Cross. It will need to have consistent and interesting food as well as an engaging and charismatic leader so if you’ve got previous food experience and love to be at the heart of the community then this is the pub for you. It currently offers a weekend brunch and Sunday roast as well as various kid’s meals and activities, however whoever takes this pub will be able to decide on their own food offering. The pub was recently renovated internally and externally in 2019 when it re-opened as an Our Local concept with a great reputation for dining and entertainment.
