Overview

This pub is available on a Tenancy At Will agreement (TAW). A TAW agreement is a short-term licence which can be terminated at short notice. You are taking on a temporary agreement only and as such some key elements of the codes of practice and the Landlord and Tenant Act will not apply. TAWs cannot be assigned nor can sub-letting take place.

Even though this may only be a tenancy at will, you will need some form of capital behind you for cash flow and early expenses. The actual amount of capital required for ingoings and the rent will be discussed with the Operations Manager.

Please be aware that for a TAW application, you will need an up-to-date Personal Licence to progress

The Swan sits on the main road through the village of Higher Kinnerton, which is home to an active community, a village hall, and village shop. It’s a beautiful area with easy access to North Wales and Northwest England, just seven miles from Chester and nine miles from the market town of Wrexham. You can also travel to Manchester within an hour. Plus, the busy out of town shopping area of Broughton is three miles away. The pub is also within walking distance of its nearby residents.
