We’re looking for a talented food operator who can maximise the lettings side of the business. You’ll ensure that this is the destination pub in a tourist hotspot.
This pub is a nuanced business. You’ll be running a high-specification venue we invested in to ensure a picturesque interior and a knockout garden. You must have experience running a seasonal business. Delivering a Rhythm of the Week beyond the norm is also essential. Attracting regular guests throughout the year is the key to business success.

Alongside tonnes of day to day support and a brilliant framework to grow the business, we provide an uncapped cut of top line turnover to pay yourself and your team in exchange for your Management Company providing the management services at the pub – it’s your structure to own, subject to management company costs including, but not limited to, staff costs, minor repairs and maintenance at the pub, security/door staff and insurance. We understand how important it is for a Management Company to completely own their own team.
