The Ideal Operator

We’re looking for a local community operator who is enthusiastic about fresh, locally sourced food with a decent knowledge of good wine and management of cask ale. In addition, the ideal candidate will play a large part in the immediate community bringing its residents together with a wide range of activities and events.
