This welcoming community pub sits at the heart of a large Lincolnshire village, on the outside of the cathedral city. It has a excellent reputation for offering customers with a selection of good quality ales and premium beers in the bar area with spirits and gins. It also has a restaurant space in which serves a delicious simple food offer featuring popular pub dishes that has an ever changing offer of the day. Its also known for a tasty Sunday roast.

Given its proximity to Lincoln it draws on a large population for its food offer and there are also residents living within walking distance.

You will be an operator/partners who can balance an offer that serves both the local drinkers and those visiting for dining. You will have experience in the trade or in a similar food service environment and be comfortable delivering a food offer, with consistent service.

About the Agreement

Our Tenancy agreements vary between 3 – 5 years offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with carefully tailored food and drinks menus in place which you can evolve as you go along. You will receive a high level of support and everything you need to run a successful business. From the beginning, you will have a dedicated Operations Manager, plus access to training and development, business planning, operations and accounting expertise. Once you’ve completed the 5-day induction course we’ll provide you with ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub. This includes helping you decide on the right drinks offer, guidance on margin and support creating a marketing plan to build for continued success. To help market your pub, we also offer lots of support and advice.
Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.

* The calculation of the initial Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit (£3,000 or £6,000) plus legal fees. The subsequent deposit build up (if any) will need to be paid over 52 weeks. This can be discussed with the recruitment team or an Operations Manager.
