You will have the skill to develop a new food offer that is supported by a fully equipped catering kitchen at the pub. You will have the drive and enthusiasm to maintain the pubs reputation as hub of the community. You will also have the skill to market the pub and utilise social media to engage with locals and potential new customers.
Our Tenancy agreements vary between 3 – 5 years offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with carefully tailored food and drinks menus in place which you can evolve as you go along.
You will receive a high level of support and everything you need to run a successful business. From the beginning, you will have dedicated Operations Manager, plus access to training and development, business planning, operations and accounting expertise.
Once you’ve completed the 5-day induction course we’ll provide you with ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub. This includes helping you decide on the right drinks offer, guidance on margin and support creating a marketing plan to build for continued success. To help market your pub, we also offer lots of support and advice.
Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.
