If so, then the White Hart is the pub for you. The pub’s planned refurbishment in the Spring of 2022 will ensure the optimum start for your business.

The ideal Management Partner will create a warm and engaging welcome for each guest. You’ll know your regulars, what they drink, where they like to sit and take a genuine interest in their story. Conversations at the bar will exude laughter, and nothing will be too much trouble. Career progression is a significant part of the appeal of working at your pub, and your team will feel supported and encouraged by each other.

We’re looking for the host with the most, serving perfectly poured pints, delicious late-night cocktails, and wind-down wines. Whatever the occasion, you’ll ensure that the White Hart caters for every need with a whole host of the most popular drinks out there. Your will guests savour their favourite tipple in their local pub, an experience they cannot replicate at home.

Your principles will be grounded in cask beer and never lose sight of its roots. Traditional hand-pulls will sit proudly on the bar, fusing a classic community pub experience with an aspirational back bar full of colourful, enticing spirits, cocktails and spritz. We’re looking for an experienced food operator who can provide an exceptional offer, a Management Partner who is hungry to drive the business to its full potential with outstanding guest service.

The White Hart sits in Fernhill Heath on the A38 between Droitwich Spa and Worcester. Whilst this is a destination food pub with 120 covers internally, the community and a solid drink offer are exceptionally important. You’ll capitalise on the large car park with 30 spaces, beer garden with 84 covers.

You’ll also ensure that the pub caters for the key demographics. Therefore, retention of current guests is vital whilst tapping into new markets via social media is essential. You’ll ensure the quality of service, pride in and passion for your pub necessary for driving standards and success.

Living accommodation consists of 3 large bedrooms, a no window box room – office, lounge, kitchen and bathroom and a small roof terrace.

Alongside tonnes of day to day support and a brilliant framework to grow the business, we provide an uncapped cut of top line turnover to pay yourself and your team in exchange for your Management Company providing the management services at the pub – it’s your structure to own, subject to management company costs including, but not limited to, staff costs, minor repairs and maintenance at the pub, security/door staff and insurance. We understand how important it is for a Management Company to completely own their own team.
