Estates Support Assistant
The Estates Support Assistant forms part of a small team based in our Support Centre in Burton-Upon-Trent. The role largely administers and adheres to the Legal and Estate company process cycle whilst ensuring all areas of the Landlord and Tenant act and the Pubs Code are complied with. The Estates Support Assistant supports a variety of roles and functions throughout the business such as our Regional Operations and Property Teams and is the central contact point of enquiry.
Service Desk Analyst
In this role you will act as first line technical support to the Punch business. Whilst providing a first-class customer service through your quality communication, you will actively be receiving, prioritising, documenting, and resolving end user help requests in line with Punch process and standards. As well as supporting a variety of systems, you will be supporting the introduction of new systems and the deployment of new technology to our head office and field-based colleagues.

Taking the latest market insights and consumer trends to develop marketing activations that deliver epic consumer experiences.
Commercial Estates Manager (South)
In this role you will be responsible for managing the rent events and impact on rent roll of a regional pub portfolio as well as wider estate management matters. Rent responsibility will include completion of all inspections, valuations, negotiations and settlement of rent reviews and lease renewals acting as both landlord and tenant.
