Working as part of the wider People Experience Team, the purpose of the role is to provide an outstanding hospitality experience for all visitors and employees utilising our onsite canteen, The Welcome Inn. Working with other members of the Welcome Inn Team to deliver an epic warm ‘Punch’ welcome to all whilst providing epic quality food and ensuring all food safety guidelines are adhered to.

Property Surveyor (North East)

To deliver a successful maintenance & repairs programme, meeting and exceeding agreed targets for time, cost and quality, contributing to the identification of investment and unlicensed opportunities to exploit potential from the pub estate. The Property Surveyor will be responsible for protecting and enhancing the Company's property asset through proactive management of all repairs and maintenance and through engagement with the Publican, Management Partnership, and the operations team.
